How often should my furnace filter be changed? |
We would like the filters to be changed once every 3-4 months. Our HVAC repairman has reminded us if the filter isn't changed it becomes difficult for the furnace to pull air thru and this can ruin the motor. Also, do not use the thick hypoallergenic filters because its extremely hard to pull air thru them causing the same effect of a dirty filter. |
